North Wellington Life Education Trust was established in 1992, being one of the 'oldest' trusts in New Zealand. In the beginning we used a mobile classroom owned by the R.S.A which had been previously used throughout New Zealand to raise awareness of what Life Education was all about. The R.S.A loaned us the classroom until we raised enough money to purchase it from them.

All of the educators that have taught since 1992 been unique, and have brought different skills and approaches to the Trust. They have all been involved in training new educators, and involved in Life Education at a national level, including writing resources, devising new programmes and implementing these into schools, planning conferences and leading teams for professional development.
