Chairman: Chris Kirk Burnnand, MNZM
Chris has operated his own business since the age of 18 and has developed it into a medium-sized property owning company. He has had a long involvement in community based organisations and is also a member of the New Zealand Order of Merit. ggAAlonThe |

Deputy Chair: Sue Elliott
Sue has had a very successful career in strategic communications and government relations. She established Communications Chambers in 2005 and advises a large array of New Zealand organisations. She also holds a number of trusteeships.

Trustee: Jo Coughlan
Jo is a Wellington City Councilllor and director and co-owner of a Wellington-based communications and government relations company. She has had 20 years in and around government organisations and has been a Life Education Trustee for over ten years. |

Trustee: Roy Savage
Roy has successfully pursued a business career, having started N. Z. Safety Limited and building it into the number one position in the safety product industry in Australia and New Zealand. In recognition of this he was inducted into the NZ Business Hall of Fame. He is also heavily involved in charitable activities. |

Trustee: Ray King
Educated in Christchurch, Ray has held a variety of positions, including Rotary District Governor between 2002-2003. He is a member of Visioning and Training Committees. He is also the recipient of the Rotary's Paul Harris Fellowship Awards in 1996 and 2003. |

Trustee: Brian Shearer
Brian is the Founding Chair of Life Education Hutt Valley. He is a retired Registered Surveyor and Director of a multi-disciplined consultancy. He is also a Justice of the Peace and a volunteer for local community causes. |

Trustee: Peter High
Peter is a trustee for Life Education Trust in Central Auckland. He has worked for S.C Johnson and Sons, Goodman Fielder and Carter Holt Harvey. He has also been the CEO of Eggs Incorporated. Peter currently consults to the Australian Egg Corporation, based in Sydney.

Trustee: David Adamson
David Adamson is a new board member who brings a wealth of experience with him including 20 years at Auckland Airport in a Senior Marketing then an Operations role. He is currently the Strategic Procurement Manager at Genesis Energy.

Our Patron - David Wale, CBE
David Wale has been involved with Life Education NZ from the very beginning. He was the chairperson of Life Education for a number of years before becoming the trusts' patron. David has also held a number of positions, including Chair of the Stock Exchange and managed the National Provident fund. He is currently the chair of Jarden Morgan. He lives with his wife, Annette, and has three daughters.
The National Service Centre team
The National Service Centre are the controlling authority for Life Education in New Zealand. Situated in Wellington, the National Service Centre works for the national trust, supports the community trusts and is responsible for programme development, the professional development of educators and the overall philosophical and strategic direction of Life Education in New Zealand. It arranges the construction and refurbishment of mobile classrooms, provides research and technical assistance.

Our Programme Development Manager is responsible for the enhancement and development of the Life Education programme, including all resource development and support for the mobile classrooms, which are used the deliver the programme.

They say the front desk is the hub of any organisation. Michelle oversees the day to day running of the office, assists with accounts and is responsible for all general administration, resource distribution.
